Latin American Studies and FIAT GMU (Fuerza Integridad a Todos) are pleased to invite you to a discussion, complete with guest speakers, on the culture and current challenges facing indigenous communities in Central and South America. We challenge you and ask “Do you understand?” as we delve into the problems different communities face every day within Latin America.
The event, featuring Daniel Cerqueira (Senior Program Officer Due Process of Law Foundation), Andrew Miller (Advocacy Director, Amazon Watch), as well as music and performances, will take place this Thursday, February 26, from 7-9 PM in the Johnson Center Bistro.
