Guantanamo: A panel discussion on American power and human rights in the post 9/11 age

This 90-minute panel discussion will feature voices from the academic, media, and policy worlds expressing views on the international dimensions of human rights issues currently playing out in the detention of prisoners in US military installations at Guantanamo. The role of Latin America in accepting detainees approved for release will be highlighted.
